Hello From Nell

👋🫶 Kia ora everyone! My name is Nell, I am a People & Culture/HR Leader based in Wellington. I am also a mama to one (almost) 17 year old, a wife to a wonderful human, an avid sewist, and a lover of art, fashion, and music. My favourite colour is pink and my favourite thing to do on the weekend is read Vogue cover to cover.

I have dyslexia and ADHD which make my life very creative and fun, and sometimes a bit challenging. I also have a hidden disability called POTS.

I am passionate about helping people thrive at work, especially neurodivergent and disabled folks. This passion led me to meet David, Founder of How We Work, and to this fabulous community! I am happy to be here and excited to connect with others 💗.
